WINWARG #54

Now that the RKV thread is pretty much over, I thought it was time I got back to Processing Facility 44, and properly introduce the new Facility Supervisor.

Also, over the next few days I'll be re-organising a few things, such as the cast list, and I might even get round to uploading a WINWARG logo.
